USD39.95 per month is the owner-confirmed reference price. When an official NBU rate for the current Kyiv date is available, the indicative UAH amount is rounded upward to the next amount ending in 99.

A dated exchange-rate basis
The conversion uses the National Bank of Ukraine’s official UAH per USD rate for the current Kyiv calendar date. If a matching rate cannot be retrieved, only the USD39.95 reference price is shown.
