Assemble a payment review pack.

A compact set of connected sources helps a reviewer understand an event without repeating the search.

01

Start with the evidence

Collect the relevant invoice, remittance, activity detail and bank evidence. Include only records related to the question, with their references and roles clearly labelled.

02

Work through the example

For a USD300 receipt, the pack might contain invoice EX-902, remittance RM-44 and the matching bank line. Each source explains a different part of the link rather than acting as a duplicate receipt.

03

Make the next step clear

Add a short summary of what matches and what remains uncertain. Keep any proposed action separate from the evidence so the reviewer can assess the conclusion independently.

04

Keep the source context

Use confirmed source records and keep their dates, references and currencies visible. A payment request is not a receipt, a provider status is not necessarily a bank entry, and a net settlement may combine several components.
