1. Who provides Doviria
Doviria is provided by N.I. BLOOM INVESTMENTS LTD, a Cyprus company registered under HE 460140, VAT number CY60073409S. Our registered office is Kosta Chatzikakou 10, ATLANTIS, 4th floor, Office 401, 6027 Larnaca, Cyprus. Contact support@doviria.com for account, contract or privacy questions.
These terms govern the Doviria business service. The privacy notice explains how personal data is used; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to every use of personal data.
2. Your account and business workspace
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose workspace you create or manage. Keep account information accurate, protect sign-in credentials and give colleagues only the access they need. Tell us promptly if access may have been compromised.
Doviria has separate accounts and workspaces. A Ledgerist or Eftheia account does not grant access to Doviria. The workspace owner manages membership and business closure. One Doviria sign-in account may belong to more than one Doviria business.
3. What is available
Doviria provides bookkeeping, journals, business documents, file storage and reports for Ukrainian businesses using UAH, with Ukrainian and English interfaces. The current free plan supports invoice draft creation and design. Issuing invoices requires paid access and is unavailable while paid access is not offered. You must review entries, calculations, documents and reports before relying on them. You remain responsible for accurate records, tax treatment, statutory retention and filings.
The initial service does not submit tax returns, communicate filings to the State Tax Service of Ukraine, provide a qualified electronic signature or calculate payroll. AI, bank connections, Google sign-in and paid billing are disabled. A marketing illustration or navigation item does not activate a feature. We will explain any later activation and applicable terms before you use it.
Doviria is software, not a bank, payment institution, accountant, lawyer or tax agent. It does not replace advice appropriate to your business.
4. Pricing and later paid activation
Creating an account does not start a paid subscription, authorise a charge or enable automatic renewal. Paid billing is currently disabled.
The website uses USD 39.95 per month as a reference price. Any displayed UAH equivalent is indicative, uses a dated National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate and is rounded upward to a price ending in 99 UAH. It is not a checkout quote. Before paid service begins, we will show the billing unit, exact amount and currency, taxes, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation and refund terms and obtain your agreement. No paid terms are inferred from the current exchange-rate display.
5. Your records and permitted use
You retain your rights in the records and files you provide. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, display, export, protect and restore them to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and legal basis to upload personal data and for informing the people concerned.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, upload malware, seek another business’s data or interfere with security. Do not upload passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information into accounting attachments. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law, and explain the restriction where lawful and safe.
6. Workspace data processing
For personal data in your business records, you determine the purposes and we process it on your documented instructions to provide the service. The processing covers storage, organisation, retrieval, calculation, access management, document generation, export, protection, backup and deletion for the account’s lifetime and the closure period below. Data may concern owners, staff, customers, suppliers and other business contacts, including names, contact details, business or tax identifiers, invoice and transaction information and relevant attachments. Do not provide special-category data unless a separate arrangement supports it.
We will limit access to people bound by confidentiality, use appropriate technical and organisational measures, notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your records, and assist you with rights requests, security assessments and legally required notifications, taking account of the processing and information available to us. We will tell you if we believe an instruction breaches applicable data-protection law. A legally required departure from your instructions will be explained beforehand unless the law prohibits notice.
We will maintain a list of approved subprocessors and their functions, put equivalent data-protection duties in their contracts, and remain responsible for their performance of those duties. You give general authorisation to the listed subprocessors. We will notify you of an intended addition or replacement at least 30 days beforehand so you may raise a reasonable data-protection objection. If it cannot be resolved, you may stop the affected service and export your records before the change. A new subprocessor is not authorised by a marketing reference alone.
We will provide information reasonably necessary to demonstrate these processing obligations and allow proportionate audits by you or your independent auditor under confidentiality and security arrangements that protect other customers. When processing ends, we will return or delete your personal data at your choice, subject to the closure and backup periods and any specific legal retention obligation. These workspace-processing terms do not turn our separate account administration into processing on your behalf.
7. Export, closure and deletion
Only the workspace owner can request business closure and must first acknowledge the export step. Closure immediately restricts normal business use and starts a 30-day period in which the owner may cancel closure. The authorised owner can still export business records while closure is pending. Cancelling closure during the grace period restores ordinary workspace access. Export records needed for accounting or statutory retention before deletion; contact support if you need help.
After that period, the service schedules deletion of business data, with a configured target of completion within 90 days of the closure request. A documented legal hold or unresolved dependent service may require specific data to remain longer. We will explain such retention unless prohibited by law. Recovery copies expire under the 30-day backup lifecycle after their creation; they are not a customer archive.
After business deletion, a limited deletion record remains: closure ID, business ID and business name, with separate expiry and legal-hold control records. The application’s closure record is scheduled to expire 730 days after its recorded closure; the accounting service’s record is scheduled to expire 730 days after completed deletion. Expiry is deferred while the business or unfinished deletion work remains, or a documented legal hold applies. Recovery must preserve the original expiry dates. Your personal sign-in account and its policy-acceptance receipt remain while the account is active, even if one business closes. Deleting that account removes its consent receipt; any separate necessary closed-account evidence follows the privacy notice’s limited retention schedule. Contact support@doviria.com for account deletion or privacy requests.
8. Reliability and responsibility
We will use reasonable care to provide and protect the service. Maintenance, network problems and failures can interrupt access. No particular uptime or recovery-time guarantee is included unless agreed separately. Keep exports required for your business and check restored records before relying on them.
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under these terms and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove statutory data-protection rights or impose an automatic liability cap.
9. Changes, language and applicable law
We will identify the version of these terms and give reasonable advance notice of material changes, except where an urgent legal or security requirement prevents advance notice. New charges require separate agreement. You may stop using the service and export your records if you do not accept changed terms.
Ukrainian and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. Please report a discrepancy so it can be corrected; language differences do not remove mandatory rights. Cyprus law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory protections or court rights that apply to you, including under Ukrainian law. Contact support@doviria.com to raise a concern; you are not required to do so before exercising a legal right.
